This is your chance to become a Manager within SGVRP. Your journey towards becoming a Manager begins with this very first step. Managers are tasked with hosting Soldier- and Worker Evaluations for Players and Workers wishing to progress within our community.

Filling out the following information means you are interested in undergoing the MEP Management Academy to become a Manager. Upon filling out this form, it will go under review and you will thereafter be roled Manager-in-Training, ready to attend our program. None of your answers will be shared, and your form will be reviewed by MEP SCOM.

What you will bring

  • Not blacklisted from the Management Academy.
  • Manager In-Training+
  • Willing to spend time on completing the modules.
  • Understanding that DM’ing anyone for results will get the applicant rejected.
  • Any forms of misinformation or lying will get the applicant rejected and blacklisted.

Before you apply

Selection process

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to an interview before a final acceptance decision.

You must be at least 13 years old and meet any higher age and eligibility requirements that apply where you live. Community membership does not establish eligibility for paid work.

Voluntary opportunity

This role is unpaid. Participation does not create a promise of future payment. Any later payment arrangement needs ownership approval and clear payment details agreed before it starts.
